Method of Communicating Requests:
You can submit your requests within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, which regulates the rights of the relevant person, by filling out and signing the application form available on the Company's website in accordance with the "Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller," and delivering it in person to our Company's address at Bozburun Mah. 7045 Sokak No:9 MERKEZEFENDİ / DENİZLİ, or sending it via notary. You can also send your requests via the email address confirmed by your subscription or your registered electronic mail (KEP) address. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. If the responses to applications exceed 10 (ten) pages, a processing fee of 1.00 (one) TL will be charged for each page. If a response is requested to be provided on a recording medium such as a CD or flash drive, a fee will be charged according to the cost of the requested recording medium.
