You may submit your requests under Article 11 of the Law, in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures of Application to the Data Controller,” by completing and signing the application form available on the Company’s website, and:

Your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, depending on the nature of your request. However, if the process incurs an additional cost, you may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. For responses exceeding 10 (ten) pages, an administrative fee of 1.00 TL per page may be charged. If the response is provided via a recording medium such as CD or flash drive, the cost of the medium will be charged.
